With responsibilities and commitments such as work, school, family, and relationships, it can be difficult to stay on top of things at all times. We’ve compiled a list of five mobile applications that will simplify your life and benefit your overall well-being:
Plan is basically your life planner in an app. It’s your entire day in one place–from things to do, to places to be. The app is effortlessly organized and super simple to use. It syncs with your Apple and Google calendars, which allows you to schedule your daily itinerary. You can create meetings, set appointment alarms/ reminders, invite teammates, and so much more. You can easily view your upcoming day, week, or month so you always know what’s coming next.

Charity Miles allows you to achieve your fitness and workout goals by tracking the number of miles you’ve walked, run, or biked while earning money for your favorite charity for every step tracked. For all fitness levels, the app allows you to team up with your friends and other Charity Miles members to challenge each other and make an impact together. The app measures time, distance, impact and speed while giving you an incentive to workout for a good cause of your choice.

Their food database includes over 5 million foods, so you can find the nutritional content of whatever you eat. You can also scan barcodes to get information on what you’re buying and to easily log the food and upload your favorite recipes so nutritional information is easy to access. It has a built-in steps counter and syncs with most popular fitness apps.
Dijit is your own personal universal remote in your mobile device.
